How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days. Estimated shipping time begins once the order is processed, not from your order date. All orders are shipped via USPS and typically take 2-3 days transit time to arrive at their destination. Ocean Views Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by or related to the USPS.

if you purchase faster shipment option it will be delivered by usps in the selected days after the order is processed 

How Do I Track My Order?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email/text that will include your order number that will start with " #Ocean ". You will also will be emailed/texted when your order has been shipped with a link that you can click on that will allow you to track your package. If the website link does not work please input your tracking number on the USPS website. 

My Tracking Says It Was Delivered, But I Haven't Received Anything! 

This is an error on USPS end. Go to your local post office and give them your tracking number and they will update you on your package

I Entered The Wrong Shipping Address And The Package Got Shipped Back To You?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, the package usually gets shipped back to our warehouse. If you would like to have your package shipped to your correct address, you must cover the new shipping charge as well as a processing $3 fee. paid via PayPal ( Send us an email at and we will walk your through the process. Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address to avoid this process. PLEASE NOTE YOU HAVE 15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR USA ORDERS AND 30 FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS,  FROM DATE OF PURCHASE TO NOTIFY US ABOUT YOUR MISSING ORDER BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS VOID

What Is Your Refund/Return Policy?

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, OR ,RETURNS. Store credit will be issued 

How To Redeem Store Credit?

Store credit can is redeemed at checkout, you will need to log into your account and under the shipping address there is a store credit link, click the link and copy the code and apply it in the coupon code box at checkout. please NOTE store credit will on be giving if there is a defect or the item is missing from the order
